Nopales cactus is yummy!. You can sometimes find it fresh in stores (but read online about how to prep it, it's a bit tricky) but you can also get it canned at Mexican markets!. While you're there, pick up some queso fresco, which is a soft white cheese!. Those two make a great taco combination!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chopped citrus or a squeeze of citrus juice!.
Crushed pineapple!. Don't eeew til you try it!. The sweet/sour is really good if the taco is spicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
