I boight a small bundle of it for my guinea pig but forgot to place in in the refrigerstor overnight, is is stillsafe for him to eat!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it's still safe for him to eat!. Parsley doesn't have to be refrigerated only if you want it to last longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stand the parsley in a small glass with a little bit of water, slip a baggie over the greens and hold in the refrigerator!.

Another method is to wrap the parsley stems in a damp paper towel and store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator!.

if you are going to use it up pretty quickly, it can be stored in a little vase with water on the kitchen counter, but it will wilt pretty quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
