Fruit, NO!
Sugar, YES!
Many fruits are rich in antioxidants, fiber, water, and are required part of a balanced diet!. Studies show that fruit reduces the risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke, cataracts, and signs of aging!. They can also help you lose weight!. Studies have shown that people who eat yogurt mixed with fruit lose more weight than someone who cuts the stuff from their diet!. The fruit in and of themselves help you lose weight too!. For example, right now bananas are hard to find in Japan right now because a lot of people have lost drastic amounts of weight following the banana diet!. Google it! You'll see!. Please don't cut fruit from your diet!. You should definitely cut sugar from your diet though you should also remember that a little bit from time to time won't hurt you!. The key is sparseness and moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

we ALL need fruits silly!.!.!.they're just as important as vegetables!. As far as the sugar content, as long as it's raw fruit you should be just fine!.

DON'T follow a prescribed "set" way of eating certain particular things!!!
The body is naturally programmed to tell you when you're hungry, and if you really listen to what it is your body is telling you you need, when you need to eat, when you need to drink, and when you've had enough, you'll fill all the nutritional requirements YOUR body is in need of and YOUR body will be in balance enough to drop the pounds (if it needs to) by not constantly searching for something more more more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raw fruit is good for diets!.!.!. avoid the canned or prepackaged though!.!.!.!. if you must eat the prepackaged (like fruit cocktail) go for the " light" NOT in heavy syrup!.!.!.!.

eat all the raw fruit you want!.!.!. the more the better!.!.!.!.

apples and tangerine slices are great in salads !.!.!.
raisins are okay!.!.!. but since they are dried, they're not as good as grapes!.!.!.
watch the content on dried fruits!.!.!. they often have added sugar which is bad!.!.
stick with raw fruit and you will be fine!. =)

No, you should probably still eat fruits!. Sugar in fruits is natural, so it's basically healthy!. also, you need some sugar to have energy and stuff, I think!. Just don't eat a lot of fruits but eat some!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i've seen a few diets that recommend you avoid them for the first 2 weeks!. Then start introducing them back but slowly!. South Beach may be a good site to look at for which ones to start re-introducing!.
