Answers:
The problem is that it is sweetened with sucralose, an artificial sweetener!. It is bad for your kidneys and studies have shown that it makes you crave more sweets!. also be careful with how much lemon you consume, it is bad for the enamel on your teeth and the acidity can upset your stomach!. Well I wouldn't recommend replacing water for flavored water all the way but drinking flavored water with meals or sometimes wouldn't be bad!. Maybe instead having already flavored water you could put some lemon into it!. also if you substitute your water for this then you would get a lot sodium (hope I could help) Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well that is definitely not as bad for you as full calorie beverages with high fructose corn syrup etc!.!.!. but have you ever tried sparkling water flavored with NATURAL flavors that don't have any sucralose!? Calastoga is best for sure!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes why wouldn't it!. If you like it you should drink it especially if its flavored "water" if your trying to loose weight just burn off one hundred calories mail a letter up the streetWww@FoodAQ@Com

Best to make your own flavored water!. Use fresh lemon or limes or may try oranges!. Crystal Lite still is no better for you than the flavored water you buy on the shelf!. To much garbage in itWww@FoodAQ@Com
