Question: If sending Cookies/biscuits to somewhere like ireland, what's the best way to wrap them so they keep!?
Sending some cookies etc and thought I'd put them in greaseproof paper in a tupperware box, lay either a good layer of tissue paper or bubble wrap inside and then put that into a jiffy bag!.

Has anyone does this before!? Any ideas or tips would be great :0)

What you intend to do is fine, I have got an inexpensive vacuum sealer, cost around a tenner in Lidl and is excellent for keeping things fresh, for instance I can now keep cheese for about 4 weeks when before it dried up in a few days, and is an excellent item to have in the kitchen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

one question are they baked if they are just put them in a plastic box like a glad box or somethingWww@FoodAQ@Com
