If you are truly passionate about food and cooking, then you may have what it takes to become a Chef!. Fresh food breeds hapiness!.!.!. therefore, you will be sure to surround yourself with fun-filled days!.
Being a Chef can certainly be exciting too! If you enjoy a bit of pressure, then a professional kitchen will surely fulfill your needs!. Whether it is an A la carte operation!.!.!. or if it is catering, you will be sure to have deadilines to meet!. You'll find great joy in executing meals as they are ordered!.!.!. this can be stressful and you will have your share of disappointments!.!.!. but there is nothing better than executing a finely cooked meal for someone to enjoy!

Disadvantages:
The hours of operation within a professional kitchen can be a killer!. Not only the hours, but the days of operation too!. If you enjoy being home at night with your family!.!.!. you may want to re-think becoming a professional Chef!. The same goes for holidays and weekends! Do not count on having New Years Eve, Christmas, or even Thanksgiving off!.!.!. that's right!.!.!. you'll be cooking for those that want to pay for a well executed meal! This is the price you pay in being a Chef to fulfill your passion to satisfy anothers food cravings!.
