Yes!. Put the extract into a small glass or bowl, place it in the center of a flat pan filled with 1/2-1" water, Place the pan into the microwave and 'nuke' it at the highest setting for at most two minutes!. Your microwave won't explode and the mint extract will be hot to add to your cocoa!. Have the milk hot, the cocoa sitting next to it, and any sugar if you want or need to add that (you may also add no calorie sweetener, but don't heat the milk for the cocoa afterward, because heat will 'kill' the sweetness!.
Another way is to mix the mint cocoa by adding the mint to water and the 'mix with water' cocoa and heat that in a cup !.!.!. either way will work, but since you weren't very specific, I gave you the 'slow old fashioned cocoa with milk added' recipe first!. Enjoy!. Just add a few drops (1-5 depending on how much 'mint' you want) to either recipe and ENJOY!Www@FoodAQ@Com
