Why am I starving after I eat?!


Question: Why am I starving after I eat!?
I'm almost 17 years old, I'm healthy (5'10 and about 146 pounds, cross country, weight lifting etc)

I had a giant breakfast of eggs, bacon, wheat toast, and orange juice!. In less than an hour I had a painful starving sensation in my stomach!.

This has happened to me before!. Could it be that I'm growing and need to eat a lot (I eat A LOT and barely gain weight) or could this be something else!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

the amount of food you intake does not determine how quickly you'll get hungry!. When you eat breakfast it starts your metabolism going and for teenagers, you're more active during the day, so you get hungrier earlier!. I get that way all the time, but only when I eat breakfast!. Try snacking on granola bars or healthy small snacks until lunch!. And don't cut out breakfast, it's important, like I said, it's what starts your metabolism and it's better to get that started early in the day or else you'll gain weight and fat!. you're doing good by staying active and eating regularly, but like i said, if you get hungry only a little bit after b-fast, eat a snack, but make a healthy decision!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don`t eat alot in the morining !
Its not good , then it may make you fatter and
you`d wanna eat more then your diet will increase
if your diet increase increase , your wieght will increase
if your wieght increase , you aren`t gonna be sturdy or healthy ,
if your not heathy , you know!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

the more you eat, the more quickly you get hungry!.
that happens to me, when i eat a lot, i get hungry again like an hour later!. and when i go a long time without eating, i don't feel so hungry!. try to eat not so giant meals maybe, and then you won't get so hungry!?!?!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try not to eat just because you are hungry because your body will allow you to eat much more than you need and at odd times!. When eating eat foods that are filling, potatoes, lentils, all the root vegetables and meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
