Does anyone else find this about Special K?!


Question: Does anyone else find this about Special K!?
Now i need to know does anyone else find that Special K Does not feel them up!? I find after an hour i am quite hungry again! Is this me or this quite common!? Im wondering whether its more that i have been eating too much rubbish for breakfast before or whether others find this too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

agreed its not that good try porridge also note that according to the bhf the salt content is very high so if you do stick with it dont eat it too oftenWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I used to feel hungry too after Special K, personally I think its a crap diet and I would not recommend it to anyone!. I think Porridge does keep you fuller for longer!. XXXWww@FoodAQ@Com

We have to eat ordinary K now because there is a credit crunch!. We can't afford special K!. In fact, I think ordinary K is also known as credit crunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't find this with special K but if you are feeling hungry swap it for porriage this will keep you full until lunch!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
