Can you train yourself to like certain foods that you don't like?!

Question: Can you train yourself to like certain foods that you don't like!?
Answers:
I believe that you can!. It has been proven that it can take up to 11 times of trying something before you may actually care for the taste of a certain food!. Our family has a huge garden and two greenhouses that yield pounds and pounds of the one thing I've never liked--tomatoes!. Over the past couple of years, I have made myself taste them over and over again, prepared them in many different ways, and now, I think they are wonderful!.

Our taste buds and preferences change as we age--I don't know that it necessarily means we'll love all foods but I do believe we can at least attempt to retrain them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Food is an acquired taste!. Italians acquire taste of garlic when they are not yet born!. The mother passes it during 3rd trimester to the unborn!.
I am from India, I came to United States as a teenager (19 years old) and I hated the steaks, specially a rare steak!. I could not even stand the sight of it!. Ten years later, I prefer a good rare fillet Mignon over Chicken Curry anytime!.
Yes! you get used to eating foods, as a matter of fact, they might even become your favoritesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends!. If they make you throw up and you are allergic, then no!.!.

But if it's something you don't like and you eat it everyday, or have to have it in your diet, then yeah!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
