chicken breast, anything other then breast is not as healthy, beef has to much sodium and pork dont have enough protein and fish is just to costly, chickin and rice man, good luck,if you really care try "whey protein"its a tub and like 45mg of protein and thats alotWww@FoodAQ@Com
