Dear Gilete,

Eggs are great ! Do you know that the egg protein is considered as the reference protein because it has one of the highest bio-availiblity i!.e!., is most easily assimilated by the body!.

1 eggs Cholesterol is just about enough for a single days daily value!. Its all in the yolk, so if you want to do body building eat 1 complete egg and increment it with egg whites only!.

Here are some facts from Wikipedia:

Chicken egg, whole, hard-boiled:

Nutritional value per 100 g (3!.5 oz)

Energy 150 kcal 650 kJ
Carbohydrates 1!.12 g
Fat 10!.6 g
Protein 12!.6 g
Water 75 g

Thiamin (Vit!. B1) 0!.66 mg 51%

However, its important to stress that EGGs are a carrier for the Typhoid bacteria!. Therefore, under no circumstance should you try these raw!.
Avoid Sunny side up!.!.because the Yolk may not have recieved enough temperature to kill the bacteria!.

All other preparations are fine!.

Good question !

Egg whites are healthy for you (the yoke isn't because it contains cholesterol)!. Limit your serving of eggs to two or three times a week if you have the yoke as well!. You don't want to end up with clogged arteries when you're fifty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Contrary to previous campaigns it seems a few a week is perfectly healthy!.they contain loadsa protein, vits B & E!.
Probably anti-aging,which is always good!xWww@FoodAQ@Com

They are very healthy for you if you do not eat more then 7 per week (cholesteral) and they help to keep you feeling full so you don't over eat plus protein is always goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

i would say boiled eggs are the bestWww@FoodAQ@Com
