I would look in the mirror if i were you, if alike your member photo, why the h e c k would you put garbage like pooptarts into your body!? I ate all that stuff while living in the USA, Canada, and other Americanised places, and they are indeed tasty, that's the idea, CRAP is made TASTY as that helps it sell!.!.!.

(why don't we have italics to E m P h A s I s E!? !? instead of only capitals, if capitals are interpreted as S h O u T i N g!? !? !? !?)

These products have long term use problems, cause disease like cancer of the stomach, bowel!. Very painful, and hard to treat effectively!. Maybe a colostomy bag would go with your outfit, but i doubt it!. In the USA, it is gettting harder to avoid this stuff, not really even food!.

By definition, FOOD keeps you healthy, provides energy (in a long falling power curve, not spikes, as per modern sugar "enriched" edibles), provides the raw ingredients to build body mass and resistance to disease!.

This stuff is "machine food", alike all its kind; McDoonolds, Donnys, Pootza Hut, it ALL ADDS UP!. A bit here, a bit there, everything you eat is white flour, super refined, hidden fats and criminally dangerous sugars!.
Find a report on the use of high fructose corn syrup in the USA; HFCS was introduced back in the early 1970's, gee whiz, just when the US also had its obesity explosion!. Searching for this information is critical to your health, and if thats you in that pic, your health is worth allot!

The information you will find easily on the web will fill out the gaps i cannot cover here!. Just ensure the source of the info is not industry linked, and from a reputable source!.

Take care of yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
