SInce you removed everything and cleaned it with bleach already right!? The next step is to put boxes of baking soda in the refrigerator and freezer!. Keep your foods completely sealed during this time so that no air from the refrig and freezer can get into the foods!. Sealed as in baggies, good heavy duty baggies or at least double bagged!. Try removing the water tray under the refrigerator and cleaning it out, and the entire area below the refrigerator!. Unplug and move it from the wall careful if there is an automatic ice cube maker, there is a water line!. WHile off, pull the bottom front, and use your vacuum tube and vacuum all that you can, alot of dust is usually under refrigs, and not only will it run better, it will clean out any dust that may off gotton yuky water on it, during the time the refrig wasn't working!.
Baking soda is a great absorber, and so cheap, put a few boxes in dif locations!. This should do the trick in a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Completely empty the fridge, then wash it out thoroughly using a 50% bleach and 50% warm water solution, then allow the fridge to run for 2 hrs making sure the temperature is at 42 degrees or less, then restock the fridge!. also, odors can be eliminated by keeping one open box of baking soda in the fridge area, and one in the freezer area!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can try a couple different methods!.
1!. Clean your fridge with lemon juice and water, then leave the baking soda box in the fridge!.
2!. Then get a new filter for the freezer, I have never changed those, so I'm not exactly sure on how to do it, but I'm thinking it cant be to hard!. 3!. After you have done all this, let the fridge and freezer doors remain open and turn the temperature way down so the fridge will start to "cool", it will run the fans with the fresh lemon scent and the new air filter should circulate clean air!.
4!. The baking soda box will keep the smell out!.
Good luck and I hope it helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't know about the water and the ice but for the fridge you could put some activated charcoal or some baking soda in a pan with a large surface!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Clean it out really well with windex or you can mix vinegar and water together and try that!. More water than vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
