I make a really awesome sauce for my roast pork loin!. It's all homemade, and I put hoisin sauce, a little bit of worcestershire, some rice wine vinegar to mellow it a little, and a little white wine (plus my secret spices)!. I roast the pork and then once it's out of the pan I get the pan screaming hot on the stovetop and add the wine to get the crusty meaty bits off the bottom, and add everything else!. It's SO GOOD!Www@FoodAQ@Com
