starve myself!. i cant get the extra weight off with excersize and eating less seems to be the only thing!. its not like a crash diet!. im still eating but only breakfast!. any tips on food choice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honey, that's going to slow down your metabolism massively! Instead, try eatting several small meals a day!.!.!. and stay away from carbs!.
Here's what I do:
Breakfast at 7:00AM - half a bagel (wheat only) with light cream cheese or a granola bar
Morning Snack at 9:30AM - fruit or light yogurt
Lunch at 12:00PM - salad and sandwich
Afternoon Snack at 2:30PM - fruit or light yogurt
Dinner at 5:00PM - meat and steamed veggies
Evening Snack at 7:30PM - fruit or light yogurt

If you reduce caloric intake drastically, sure you will lose weight but that weight loss will stop in 2-3 weeks since your body has adjusted you the caloric intake!. If you really want to lose weight, all you have to do is change what you eat!. By that I mean eat primarily carb diet for a while, then switch to a primarily protein rich diet for a while!. The key to weight loss isn't just proper diet and exercise!. Those only help maintain weight!. To lose weight exercise, and a variation in diet is what you need!.

This will allow your body very little if any time to adapt to the new diet!. This is the reason most "fad" diets only work for shot periods of time but start to falter in the long run!.
If you want to follow this I would recommend you use nutrition facts to see the contents of the foods you eat and depending on your age and weight, keep caloric intake below 1800 calories (for the average person who isn't physically very active 1300-1500 is sufficient)!. Going below 1000 is not recommended since you will end up in the hospital sooner or later and do all kinds of harm to your body!. Avoid stress eating and carefully control and manage what you eat!. ahaha youre going to have to stop eating for like at least 1 week before you realize that you never really get hungry anymore!.!.!.i'd say to eat breakfast!.!.!.and every 3 hours until lunch eat fruit and vegetables!.!.!.then at lunch have a super light salad and water then keep eating every 3 hours until dinner!.!.!.never eat after 7 and for dinner have like lean chicken with salad or whole grains!.!.thats literally about 500-700 calories all day which is basically not eating because you should be having 1500-2000!.!.!.make sure you excerise as well to tone up and running is great!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Look sweet cheeks my cousin is goin through hell! She claims she was fat so she stopped eating she is 16yrs and she weight 80pnds!!!!!!! You can see all of her bones its gross and you need to calm down! Eat about 7 small meals a day!. You wind up in the hospital like she did she regrets it now and wants to get fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
