Answers:
Both are made with espresso!. A cappuccino uses fairly equal amounts of espresso and steamed milk and has a stiff foam on top!. A latte has about 3 times as much milk and has soft foam on the top!. There are many different brands of espresso makers on the market!. Decent ones run anywhere from $150!.00 - $500!.00 (you can find them as high as $5000!.00!!), so do some bargain hunting and check for sales at kitchen supply stores and "big box" retail stores like Best Buy and Fry's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cafe' latte is hot milk, (4/5ths), and remainder 1/5 th strong coffee to taste!.

Cappuccino is frothed milk with strong coffee to taste etc!.

Many machines available, avoid Italian machines, often inferior construction!. Alternately latte' may use milk heated in microwave 70 seconds per cup, use heatproof glass: "DURALEX", or such!. Then as usual; add coffee and sugar etc to taste!.

A whisk-like frother may be available to simulate cappucino steam frothing, again use microwaved milk, and froth with device!.

Buy good beans, grind yourself, or have ground in the store, do NOT buy ground or instant coffee!

Avoid excessive consumption, coffee is a drug, and has some serious long term side effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think a latte is regular brewed coffee with milk mixed up!. but capuccino is espresso coffee with foamed/steamed milk on top(yummy)!. I dnt unsertand the 2nd part of ur question: is there a good what!? Btw, i'd only buy the machine if you ddrink more than like 3-4 cups/day & u know you'll use it!. otherwise, despite its inexpensive, it'll be a wasteWww@FoodAQ@Com
