Question: Sorry 2 ask twice!.!.!. Malt loaf good or bad food, nutritionally!?
For those who aren't sure what it is, it's a sweet bread made with raisins and malt!.

Per 100g, it only has
0!.4g of fat,
but
54g of carbs (12g from sugars, the rest starch)!.

Is this bad or good!?

My sugar would crash if I ate this!. Healthy foods need to have 3g or less of fats per serving!. also this has way to much carbs and way to much sugar per serving!. Never ate one or nor have I bought one so no way would I know the weight!. You could call a bakery or store to get your answer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My grandmother use to make it back in the 1960's she even had the round loaf pans, and got the malt extract from a brewery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
