Must admit, don't usually have a mouthful much less spit them out one by one after they are in there!. But !.!.!. to answer your question, it would be difficult to do since taste involves more than your mouth - it also involves your sense of smell to be able to identify specific flavors!.
It would be hard to differentiate between a cherry or strawberry jelly bean without that sense of smell since your taste buds would identify them as basically the same!. With a mouthful, this would block part of the pathway to the nasal passage and would also send mixed signals since you have all those other flavors in your mouth!.
