Question: Ugh!!! Why does real coconut taste so bad and why do people think its like candy!?
I just had real coconut a minute ago and i hated it!. It wasnt that juicy and the taste stuck in my mouth like a bad vitamin does!. Is there a way to make it taste good or is it just always going to taste like that and is it due to candy like almond joy that i thought it tastes goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think your coconut has gone bad!. If it tasted like rancid/stale oil, then it is old and should not be eaten!. A fresh coconut tastes fruity and sweet!. If you bought your coconut from the store, it is probably old!. Try something fresh from the tree!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try coconut water, it tastes much better!.Or, grate it and put it on top of icing (on a cake, preferably vanilla), and enjoy a delicious coconut cream cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
