I would recommend Fruit Salad!. Its a very healthy and filling option!.!. also easy to make!.!. Just grab 3-4 different fruits!.!. eg Banana, Apple, Mango, Watermelon etc!.!. Depends which ever you like!.!.Chop them and put them in a bowl!.!. Trust me it fills you up !.!. Especially banana!.!. Hope you like my option!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
