How do I keep pudding fresh in the fridge?!


Question: How do I keep pudding fresh in the fridge!?
Everytime I make some pudding, I eat some, put the rest in the fridge and when I go to get some the next day, it's all nasty and liquidy!. I do put plastic wrap over the bowl!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if it is homemade pudding you want to put a piece of plastic wrap along the top of the pudding!. Actually touching the pudding so it doesn't create a crust!.!.!. unless you like crusty pudding!. A lot of time pudding separates, it is just natural!. It is "fresh" just give it a good stir and it should be good as new!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How do you put the plastic wrap over the top!. Do you push the wrap all the way down to the surface of the pudding!? If you don't then try that, if it still does that and your objection to stirring it is that it has already grossed you out, then put it into a container with a lid that you can shake and just shake the crap out of it and then open!. That way you never know wether or not it has separated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
