Answers:
A thick shake is usually called a malt, in which case malt is actually a powder they put in to make it thicker!. it is still made the same way as a regular milkshake with milk and ice cream, but just malt added into it!. and a smoothie is made with fruit, yogurt and/or ice cream, and ice!. hope i helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think a thick shake is just a milk shake made thicker, a milk shake is made with ice cream and milk, and a smoothie would be made with sherbet and soda water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Smoothies taste the nicest!. : DWww@FoodAQ@Com
