I guess it depends on what you consider exotic!. I consider meats more exotic than veggies, so I don't count some of the nice ones I've had!.

I've had 4 of the same as yours, conch, caviar, duck, and shark (grew up on it, I didn't know that was exotic until someone told me last year)!.

Abalone (when it was legal thank you) - very nice earthy tone, not too slimy
Squids and eels - both can be nice or nasty
Alligator - love it!. love it!. love it!.
Gibnut - dont ask what it is, but it was yummy!. Just like dark meat chicken!.
Escargo - won't order it again, but I'll eat it if it's served to me!.
Snake - a little stringy
Ostrich and bison - both wonderful!.
Cactus - yummy! Both the fruit and the paddle!.
and more of the traditional but rare things like beef tongue, goose, deer, rabbit, pheasant, frog legs, unknown sausages!.

I just like to eat apparently!.

The only things I can think of that I won't eat again is chitlins, pickled eggs, and a prickly fruit that I'm not sure what it was!. Be-luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
