I prefer beef, and if you want to make it taste really special and authentic add some chicken livers!. Having said this you can make a really nice vegetarian one with quorn if you'd like it cheaper and healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's going to depend on what flavor you want!. Most people use ground beef!. But it you were to use pork sausage it would give it a unique flavor!.

Definitely Lean Beef - has such a lovely a taste!. Most recipes tell you to drain the meat afterwards - but if your not calorie conscious then definitely leave it in!Www@FoodAQ@Com
