I think your question is:
"What to pack on the days You can ONLY pack your lunch!."

So, if that is your question, here we go!.!.!.

I'd say, since you LOVE fruits and vegies, incorperate them into your lunch, fruits and vegetables are a great way to stay fresh and awake throughout the day!.
Pack A banana for potassium (Always a good Pick Me Up!)
And whenever I'm feeling really tired in class, I eat an Orange during the time I am walking to my next class, The Citrus and Vitamin C keeps you alive and energized!.

Those are some GREAT fruits to have!.

Some wonderful vegetables are:
Lettuce, Pack a nice salad, but make sure not to drench it in dressing because that kind of defeats the purpose of the healthy vegetable!.
also, pack some green beans, I always eat those before I go to Dance Class, and they give me power and energy!.

For the main part of your meal, have a sandwich on wheat bread!. It depends what your favorite is,
If you like PB&J, then use some jelly without preservatives, and use some natural PB!.

If you like Bologna, then add some Lettuce to it,
It will give you the wonderful vegetables you love aswell as a little boost!

A wonderful treat to have is some yogurt, Harvest Peach is my favorite, but you can choose whatever you want!.

I hope this helps you pack your lunch!

The best (easiest to pack) fruits would be: apples, clementines (not oranges, they take too long to peel), grapes, cherries, and berries!. Blueberries especially are supposed to be really good for you!.

The best veggies would be: baby carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, green beans, broccoli (if u like broccoli raw)!. You could bring a small container of ranch dip or other dressing, just don't use too much since they have a lot of fat!. You can also make a salad and bring dressing separately so it doesn't get wilty!.

For protein, you could always pack hard-boiled eggs, or make turkey-and-cheese roll-ups!. To get some whole grains, you could either make a sandwich on whole wheat or bring a whole grain granola bar or baggie of Cheerios!. If you make a sandwich be sure to not put any mustard or mayo on, get packets from somewhere and bring them or it will be soggy! Putting lettuce between the bread and the other ingredients also keeps bread from getting mushy!.

If you really wanted to get creative and have fun with your lunches, do some research on Japanese bento boxes!. They are these really cute lunches that they eat, I am trying to learn how to make them myself!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When ever I am cooking bulk spaghetti sauces, lasagna, soups, Chilli con carne, meatballs in tomato sauce, any meal you can freeze!. I always put small containers full in the freezer and I serve with rice, zapped spuds, pasta!. etc!. for lunches!.

wraps, pizza, leftovers, you name it!
I love making dumplings for lunch they warm up well the next day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
