Answers:
I always prefer to grill or barbecue my steaks!. I like it medium rare with a little pink showing!. I put no seasoning on it until it is finished or near finished as seasoning before cooking can toughen up the meat!. Sometimes I eat it without any seasoning at all for a nice change of pace!. Other times I switch off different types of seasoning, but never use a steak sauce as that is too much additional taste as it over-powers the flavor of the steak!.

Side dishes can be equally important!. I prefer a nice salad with a small side of flavored pasta or dill with mashed potatoes and a nice red wine like red Zinfandel from Ridge, big and bold it compliments a steak so well!. Leave the wine open for one to two hours before drinking it, and only slightly chilled to around 58 degrees or one hour in the fridge for the bottle or 10 to 15 minutes for one glass!.

Then have a chocolate mousse cake for desert
