Answers:
Since you are using Smoked Salmon, I would say about 5 days or so!. Smoked Salmon is cook, in that it is cooked by smoke!. Non of the other ingredients you list will go bad within 5 days!.

Most Sushi that you get in Sushi restaurants, is at least a couple of days old when they buy it!. They then hold onto it for at least 3-4 days depending on what day of week it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

what is the date on the smoked salmon - dont exceed that date, but i would also suggest that 2-3 days is probably long enough in the fridgeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the age of the other ingredients but 2 days would be my guess if it were all fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say 2 days if all ingredients were fresh when you made itWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'd say 2 days!. make sure you cover it properly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
