Answers:
If you have eggs, I would make a frittata!.
First boil the potatoes till a fork pokes in easily but they aren't falling apart!. Rinse in cold water, peel, and slice into 1/4 inch thick slices!.
Cook the hot links however u normally would, u can do it in the microwave, in a pan or in the stove!. When you're done do the same thing, cut into slices!.
Crack about 6 eggs for a small skillet (1-2 people) or 12 for a large skillet (4 people)!. Beat the eggs thoroughly with a dash of salt and pepper, u can also add a bit of parmesan if you have it, or a splash of milk for fluffiness!.
Preheat the oven to "Broil" then take a heavy skillet and melt some butter in it on medium heat!. Put in a flat layer of potato slices, then a flat layer of sausage slices!. If u have cheese, u could put a layer of cheese on top!. Then pour in the beaten eggs and let cook until it begins to set on top!. Cover with aluminum foil and carefully place on top rack of oven!. Let cook for a few minutes until it does not move when pan is jiggled gently, then remove foil and allow to brown on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ok, after seeing the recipes and the other question, then, seeing this one,I smiled and thought " ok,Hope, you REALLLLY want me to answer this one, don't ya!?!?"
Ok, my husband has this fave recipe!. I dont like it,as I dont like hot links, nor do I like sauerkraut, but he loves it and so when I make it he eats it all,and asks for more!.
Eric's dish
1-2 cans sauerkraut, drained!.
4-6 hot links,stab once with a fork!.
6 baking potatoes, scrubbed, baked and mashed, seasoned to your liking!.
bake potatoes to your liking, and scoop out insides, make mashed potatoes, set aside!.
bake hot links, too, can be baked along with the potatoes, watching time,as links will be done before taters!.
Meanwhile, heat up sauerkraut!. Drain well,as the juice will make mashed potatoes runny!.
On a plate: layer masked potatoes, then heated sauerkraut, top with hot links, and maybe some shredded cheese, and serve!.
Eric's (wife's) lazy night dinner: Hot Llink Sandwiches
heat hot links in 350* oven, stab once,to drain fat!.
on bread, spread mayo, and a little bit of cheese, and some brown mustard!.
When hot links are done, slice them,so they lay flat, and place on cheese, top with other slice bread!.
Serve!.
The above meal is my hubby's fave way to eat hot links!. He eats this alot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
