A traditional Australian school lunch will include a Vegemite sandwich!. Combined with a piece of fruit it will provide half the daily intake of vitamins for a child!.

It is used as a spread on bread, crackers or biscuits!. It is healthy but does take a lot to get used to,LOL!. It's a food paste made from brewers yeast, so it has a strong taste!. Australians like it!. It's almost like a delicacy to them!. Other people don't really care for it!.
