I dumped too much hot chili powder in my stir fry?!
I meant to put in a good amount (I like HOT food,) but way more than I intended fell into the wok!. The noodles and vegetables are screaming hot!. It took almost three pints of milk for me to eat dinner!.
The worst part was that when I went to the bathroom this morning, it took me more than twenty minutes to get everything out, and it stung me like hell!. I mean, my "chocolate starfish" felt like I was holding a match under it!.
Any way to scale back the spice if you put too much in!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can relate my friend! Ouch!.!.!.
The best thing to do is add more stuff!.!.!. more food to the stir fry if you have it!. Not much else; you could potentially add water to the stir fry and sort of "rinse" the hot powder off the food and then add it back to the burner to crisp it back up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
