Skippy and all the popular brands sold in jars are in the clear as of now!. The peanut butter recall is in effect for products using peanut butter made by the Peanut Corporation of America!. They supply bakers, and industrial kitchens!. So avoid things such as cafeteria foods, and packaged products such as cookies, and packets of crackers that have a peanut butter filling!.

They do keep adding to the list of contaminated peanut products tho!. For an up-to-date list go to this website!.!.!. fda!.gov

Stay away from any product that contains peanut butter, like cookies, cakes!. crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

So far, no jars of peanut butter are affected, only products made with peanut paste, such as cookies, crackers, ice cream, and big industrial cans of peanut butter that are sold to schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc!.

So, it is OK to eat your Skippy!.!.!.!.I had some on toast for lunch today!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They haven't said for certain yet but I have decided to just be cautious and boycott all peanut butter for the next year!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
