What types of dairy products (milk,yoghurt,etc) and fresh fruits should i eat if i have gastric reflux?!

caffeinated drinks!. It is also quite important to avoid spicy or acid-containing foods, like citrus juices, carbonated beverages, and tomato juice!.
You can now get products over the counter such as Zantac that can help you!. Stronger products are available also but you will need to see a Dr!. for them!.
You can also get some relief by eating smaller meals especially before bedtime!. If you have problems in bed raise the head of your bed with a 2x4 or 4x4 to help keep the acid in your stomach!. I have found chewing gum after a meal helps me out too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
