Answers:
The words "lunch" and "breakfast" are verbs in english as well as nouns!. So the answer is:
breakfast -> to breakfast
lunch[*] -> to lunch
and, for completeness:
dinner -> to dine
supper -> to sup
[* At one time the preferred noun for lunch, was "luncheon"]
So you are right (and some other replies are wrong) that you can sup your supper!. It's other meaning of drinking (by sips) has become the prevalent one, but isn't exclusive!.
English "supper" has the same origin as the french "souper"; both meaning a light evening meal normally eaten later than you would typically eat dinner!. Such a meal would most often be based on soup, hence "souper" (french for soup being "soupe")!. Since soup is a liquid, the verb "to sup" became valid for eating or drinking anything liquid in sips, but it's clearly originally connected with soup and hence supper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"sup" is used to describe drinking beer not eating dinner!.
There isn't a specific verb for each action!. Obviously there's "to dine" and "to eat" but that's about it!. In other languages such as German, there are specific words for certain meals but not with English I'm afraid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
