What 2 or 3 foods would provide complete nutrition?!

(sounds terrible, doesn't it!.!.!.but I read that sardines have an unbelievable array of common and trace minerals and enough calcium for a day, the olive oil has the Mono fatty acids;
tomatoes have the A and C along with lutein;
eggs have the B's, protein, fats)
