What are oreo cookies made out of?!


Question: What are oreo cookies made out of!?
I'm not talking about the filling, what are the actual oreo cookies made out of!? Any answer helps! Thanks! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I took a tour of the Nabisco plant in Portland and we went through the oreo room!. Basically!.!.!.!.at that time!.!.!.!.they were made up of all the broken cookies taken off the line!. These were added to the regular chocolate mix and then set to ferment in a room at 90 degrees and 85% humidity!. That room really stunk!. So, they are sort of a sourdough cookie!. Doesnt matter, they're still good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
