Question: Do I cut or poke holes in the meat I'm marinating!?
I want the meat to be rich in flavor and everything good, I don't know if this helps or destroys the meat getting sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The answer is yes and no!.
Yes, if you do not have time to let it marinate at least two hours!. It will dry out quicker with punctures, but it will allow the seasoning into the meat!. Watch your cooking time!.

No, if you do have enough time to marinate it properly!. At least two hours!. Overnight, in a covered dish, is best for a more highly seasoned taste!.

Always marinate in the refrigerator for a healthy meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well!.!.!. from my experience from food tech and my mother you can if you want to but it is better to poke holes so the source goes into the chicken!. If you don't like chicken skin then i would remove the skin because if you don't poke holes then all the source will go mostly on the skin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I THINK IT DEPENDS ON THE MEAT!. I USUALLY PUT THE MEAT IN THE BAG W MARINADE FOR 24 HOURS!. IF YOU WANT MORE FLAVOR!.!. YOU CAN POKE HOLES AND STUFF WITH HERBS, GRALIC, LEMON, ETC!. DEPENDING ON FLAVOR YOU WANT!. YOU WONT HURT THE MEAT!. OR I DO BOTH MARINADE SAUCE AND POKE HOLES AND STUFF THEM!. HOWEVER, KEEP IN MIND WHERE EVER YOU POKE HOLES THERE IS A LIKELY CHANCE THE JUICES WILL SEEP FROM HOLES CAUSING MEAT TO DRY OUT!. SO POKE SMALL NOT TOO DEEP HOLES, STUFF FULL AND IF NEEDED TIE MEAT TAUGHT WITH STRING TO HOLD IT TOGETHER BETTE!. EXPERIMENT YOULL FIND WHAT YOU LIKE!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't cut!. It will dry out faster while cooking!. Poke holes if you'd like but even that isn't necessary!. Marinating for a long period of time, say, overnight in the fridge, will make it full of flavor!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

tenderize! beat it with a tenderizer!. if its big meat you can inject it with flavoring, or even better whole cloves of garlic!Www@FoodAQ@Com

poke holes in the meat and let it marinate in ur sauce for like 3 hrs and beat the meat!.!.lolzzzzWww@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on wat cut of meat you are working with!. Some cuts definitely need holes and maranationg but some are better without it!. Wat exactly are you making!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
