When buying tuna which is better to buy, the one in oil or the one in water?!

Question: When buying tuna which is better to buy, the one in oil or the one in water!?
Answers:
If you are buying it to make tuna salad type sandwhiches, tuna in water is much better and healthier!. If you are heating the tuna in anyway, I'd recommend the oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends!. I keep the ones in water on hand mainly!. If my cat has a hair ball, I buy the oil kind (or if I'm constipated)!. The oil cans have more fat calories than the water cans!. I'd rather taste the tuna than the oil, anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I'm buying albacore- water is the way to go!. But Yellowtail in Olive Oil is a real delicacy! And it has healthy fats!. I drain and rinse it though to get most of the oil off!. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tuna in water tastes fresher and it;s heathyer but oily tuna lasts longer!. But whatever kind you buy, make sure it's dolphin safe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water is healthier, but oil tastes better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

White tuna in water tastes the freshest !.!.!. chunk tuna in oil is a pink, oily mushWww@FoodAQ@Com

water is healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
