Answers:
Alright if you want to go with eggs have about 6 to 8 of them at breakfast and 6 to 8 at lunch or dinner!. What I would do is have 6 for breakfast and the others at your later meals!. You can have them anyway you would like!. If you like omelets or scrambled then just use some olive oil or a non stick cooking spray!. What is a good thing to use is buy the liquid egg whites, but make sure they are 100% egg white with nothing added!. They measure like this
3 tbsp of Egg Whites = 1 whole egg
2 tbsp of Egg Whites = 1 Egg White
1/2 cup of Egg Whites = 4-5 Egg Whites
but check the label it will tell you how much to use and you get a better deal that way because you are not throwing away anything!. Plus you don't have to crack a egg!.

You can have the yolk of 3 to 4 eggs a week unless you have cholesterol problems then I would avoid the yolk!. The egg yolk is good fat and good cholesterol and won't raise your cholesterol unless you have a problem with high cholesterol!.

I'm on a high protein diet that a doctor put me on and he recommend me to eat 6 ounces of lean protein for breakfast 6 for dinner and 4 for lunch and raise that amount by 2 if I was going to be working out hard!. He also recommended that I eat eggs at every meal if I could, but he wanted me to at least try to eat 6 for breakfast!. This is a safe way to eat but make sure you get at least 35 to 45 grams of carbs a day or more!.

I do on occasion eat the eggs, but I just find it eaiser to eat lean cuts of meat and one I really like is 93/7 ground turkey it is better than ground beef or chuck and it's really lean!. you just add a tsp of beef boulion to a pound of ground turkey and it's great you can cook it in any dish that has hamburger!. What I like to do is put onion soup mix in it and some chopped mushrooms and chopped green bell pepper!. It makes a very good lunch or dinner!. And my doctor said that, that was fine!. It is just that the eggs keep you feeling sastified longer and are slower digested, than some other protein!. also try to make some kind of fish a part of your diet at least 3 times a week!.

Make sure you get enough fiber when you eat like this though to avoid you getting stopped up!. Broccoli or leafy vegatables are good source of fiber but what I have found is that cold milled flax seeds are awesome source of fiber and protein plus they have Omega 3's and Omega 6's Which are good for your heart and muscles!. I put 2 tablespoons in a cup of low fat low carb yougart once a day!. or you can put 1 tablespoon in the yougart and eat 2 a day!. It gives the yougart a nutty flavor!. You can also add it to pudding!. also make sure you get at least 8 8oz of water or more a day!.

also make sure you are taking a good multivitamin, and a good calcium source, If you don't think you are getting enough calcium get a supplement!. The chews are the best absorbed!.

And No denatured protein is not useless our bodies can still break down the protein and use it!.

I've added a couple links about denatured protein

It depends what you're goal is as far as body building!. Generally 4-6 egg whites a day will be enough protein to see significant difference, but if you're going for a high intensity work out six days a week two hours a day or more, you'll want to go more with 16-20 egg whites per day!. What a lot of guys I was in the military with would do is actually just snack on almonds, cashews, or peanuts all day and drink lots of water!. If you're in a regular work out, 2 or 3 egg yolks won't hurt you, although with high cholesterol sources, dietary fiber is a good idea to counteract the extra saturated fat!. If you're on a high intensity work out, you can actually go as high as 10-12 egg yolks a day and your body will burn most of the saturated fat!. Although protein is important if you're trying to bulk up, make sure your diet still has plenty of dietary fiber, liquids (2% or skim milk is good at meals), and vitamins and minerals so that your body can still stay well regulated, even with the added protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
