Isn't this too many starches for one dinner?!
So this is what we're having for dinner (I didn't cook)!. Some pasta stuff, rice and mashed potatoes!. Aren't those all starches!? ?Www@FoodAQ@Com

wow yeah that was 100% all starches!. Some salad and meat would have been good!. Dinner is the worst meal of the day to eat all starches like that!. Because most people sit down and watch tv or go to bed only a few hours after eating dinner, and then all the starches just sit in your body and dont get burned off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes They are and the rice and pasta isn't really all that good for you, because it's processed, Now the rice can be if it is brown rice!.
All that is going to do is those carbs are going to turn to sugar and if you don't use them for energy, your body will store it for fat!. That isn't a healthy way to eat at all!.

Is someone on the poverty diet!? YUCK! Too many starches, where's the variety!? Does this person know about trying to eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies!? Do they know anything about cooking and nutrition!? This seems like torture!. Now if it was a really good stuffing with gravy I'd say it was yummy, but I'd still want some turkey and veggies to round it out!.

Yeah I'd say thats way too much starch for one meal!. Its good to only have like one starch in a meal!. Have protein (meat, eggs) to go with that!. also have some veggies!. And why in the world would you want pasta, rice, AND mashed potatoes!?!?!! sounds very bland to me!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hell yeah !.!.!.a lot of starch !.!.especially when you are not gonna do much except eat and sleep right !? try to avoid one or two of them !.!.!.or ensure you have a good brisk walk before you hit the bed !.!.!.!.better still just feast on today and work out for the rest of the week hehahhaha!Www@FoodAQ@Com
