take bread and u can toast it and add jelly
or take bagel add jelly cream cheese on it
take a banana or fresh strawberries or blueberries add milk and yogurt i cup of both to a blender and the fruit and make a fruit smoothie
you can
have oatmeal flavored with fruit or add dried fruit like raisins or craisins or apricots to the bowl of oatmeal and almonds if u like
you can take pancake mix and make blueberry pancakes chocolate chip or pumpkin or any flavor just take bisquic or any brand add 2 cups of the mix with 2 eggs 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and half cup sugar and alittle vanilla extract and cinnamon mix well with milk or butter milk if ur making pumpkin add half can raw pumpkin to the mix and mix well if your making blue berry or chocolate chip just go right to heating pan and pour mix in and then add chips to pancakes and let cook then flip to seal and then let sisWww@FoodAQ@Com

I toast a bagel then put honey on it followed by peanut butter!. The key is to put the honey underneath the peanut butter otherwise it's more likely to ooze all over you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

porridge is one of the most substantial breakfasts available, it's easy to cook and actualy far more healthy than many of the advertised healthy breakfasts such as kellogs special KWww@FoodAQ@Com

Just go to the bakery and have a couple of Cheese Danishes w/ coffee nice,sweet and simple !Www@FoodAQ@Com
