sorbet is all fruit juice, no cream!. Frozen yogurt is well yogurt that is churned and frozen!.

They aren't anything at all alike!. Sorbet has just fruit, sugar & ice - no dairy, no soy, no yogurt!. Sherbet is similar to sorbet, but has dairy in it (still lighter than ice cream though)!. Frozen yogurt is exactly that: frozen yogurtWww@FoodAQ@Com
