If I blend my vegetables and fruits......?!
I cannot eat vegetables!.!.!.I have tried many ways!.!.!.and it makes me want to throw up!!! So if I blend them all together, like brocoli, spinach, carrots and all those, add some apples!.!.!.it actually tastes good!.!.!.!.but my question is!.!.!.!.once i strain them!.!.!.am I defeating the purpose or am I still getting all the good nutrients and all!?!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raw whole fruits and/or veggies are better as they retain the bulk and fibre, but juicing is very health as well!.
Mixing them is wonderful - everything working together to make you healthy and all those cancer fighting colors!.
You shouldn't try to eat all vegetables!. I don't like fruit but I pick only the types I really do like and buy them frozen so they don't spoil sitting there!.
