Answers:
I'm the same way and have been since I started drinking it when I was prob in junior high!. My Dr told me to limit caffeine as my stomach is sensitive!. I of course can not live without it!. I still get shaky if I have a lot but as long as I keep physically active, I'm fine!. The key I guess is to burn it off!. It's like having your car in park and flooring the gas if you don't!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you get used to it after a while!. By 12 I was a seasoned coffee drinker thanks to my grandmother, since then I drink a pot a day!. I experience the same deal with school work and what not, I have AP and Honors classes and know firsthand how bad it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This happens to me also!. The best thing to do is not drink caffeine!. But if you have to drink it always do so while eating!. Try to keep it to a minimum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't drink caffeine if it makes you shaky - especially if you're already not getting enough sleep!Www@FoodAQ@Com
