Hit the lid of the jar slightly on a table or counter (on the edge of a table )!. Try that a few times it will loosen it up a little bit!.!.then you grab a butter knife tuck it in under the lid of the jar push the knife up while sustaining the jar so it won't fall!.!.den if it dosnt open just try twisting it up it should be loosened up by thenWww@FoodAQ@Com
If is a mid size jar like less than 2 quarts turn it upside down and hit it hard a few times with the palm of your hand!. The pressure from the force will help to break the vacuum seal!. If is a larger jar take an old fashioned can opener that is used to open bottles and slide it under the lip of the cap and pull up and pop the seal with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Firmly tap a knife around the lid 4 to 6 times, run some hot water around the top of the jar and get someone with bigger hands to open it for you!. If there isn't anyone else around, the knife tapping should get it!. You'll have to put some muscle into it!. Watch, the juice might spill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Easiest way i have EVER found!.!.!.!.!.
Turn the jar upside down!. Give it a good hard whack with the heel of your hand and quickly flip it back right and twist open!.
The flipping and whacking forces the air in the jar to go towards the bottom and helps break the vacuum seal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for some factory sealed produce you need to (very carefully) slide a butter knife under the cap!. It lets a little air in to break the suction!.
But for most stuff, you need to heat it up under hot water, then use a tea-towel to open it up!.
Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Take the tip of a spoon and press it up under one of the lips that are tucked into the jar and lift up on the spoon handle like you are tyring to pop the lid off!. This will let some air get in there and then you will be able to twist the cap off!. Let me know if this works!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hold the jar upside down, bang it on the counter, and then sit it back up and get a butter knife and slip it under the bottom of the lid and pull!. It should pop and release the air!. If it doesn't work the first time, trying banging it again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Run really hot water over the lid (this expands the metal)!.
Then tap the lid sharply in several places with a knife handle!.
Grip firmly and open!. If you have one of those rubber gripper things
or rubber gloves for a good grip that helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
