I have read word SALSA many times when I read news on different kinds of foods!. Today, while going thru similar news, it was mentioned:
"Blend equal portion of yogurt with your favorite SALSA for a fat free, low-calorie dressing for salads, chicken, and fish"!. What does this mean!? Please guide me in details to the greatest extent as I am layman as far as the use of SALSA is concerned!. Thanks a lot indeed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is basically a spicy dipping sauce!. I make mine from diced tomatoes, cilantro, jalape?o peppers, onions, some fresh lemon juice, salt, a splash of white vinegar and about a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil!. Then you can pretty much do whatever you want with it!. I usually scoop some up with Tostitos!. Yum! I also make a mango avocado one!. Big yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

salsa is a blend of fresh veggies (mainly tomatoes), just google it and you'll get a lot of websites with instructions on how to make it or where to buy it!. Its sort of spicy (but can be mild or made without spicy peppers)
