How does gelato differ from ice cream or frozen yogurt?!

Question: How does gelato differ from ice cream or frozen yogurt!?
Answers:
Gelato is made with milk( and sometimes egg)!.( No cream)!.
The biggest difference is the butterfat content!.
Gelato is usually about 6 to 8% butterfat,
while regular ice cream is 14 to 18% butterfat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fat percentage is much higher in gelato, making it much creamier than ice cream!. Frozen yogurt is made with yogurt, not cream at allWww@FoodAQ@Com

Gelato can be made with either milk or water!. The main difference is that gelato doesn't have all the air mixed in for volume so it is a more dense product!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ice Cream/ Frozen Yogurt have milk in them and gelato doesn't!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
