When you fry steak, do you have to use oil?!

Question: When you fry steak, do you have to use oil!?
Answers:
It depends on what kind of steak it is!. If its real lean you want to cook it in a very hot pan with a little oil!. I usually put a little butter on it too!. Butter will burn if you get it to hot so you need to use oil to cook it then coat it with butter for flavor!. If you have round steak and want more of a chicken fry, cover it with flour then cook in a little oil!. You can also put it under the broiler, you don't need any oil if you do it that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
