Answers:
all the pacific island nations have an underground method of cooking!.
all basically the same just with different names!.

you dig your hole and fill it with river rocks!. (thay dont explode when heated)

light a fire over the rocks and keep it burning til the rocks are white hot!.

put the food on the rocks!. like taro, or maybe potatoes, and meat wrapped in coconut leaf!.

cover the food with damp potato sacks and more coconut palms, to trap in the heat and smoke!.

let it cook for a couple of hours and then uncover!. it will still be super hot!

enjoy your lovo! hope this explaination is ok!.!.!. a bit rough!.!.!.maybe try watching a video of it done on you tube or something!?

have fun! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

In ancient Hawaii , ( I MEAN Ancient!.)
they cooked their dog in a underground oven called an imu!.
They wrapped up the meat in ti leaves , put it in the imu for a long time and took it out , and it would be steamed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
