Make a big pot of Minestrone or chicken and vegetable soup!. For chicken and veggie soup start with chicken stock and or water, throw in heaps of veggies (like onion, celery, carrot, zucchini, beans and corn etc), some chicken (use thigh fillets and simmer don't boil) and a handful of small pasta!. This is not only a very inexpensive meal its also easy to make, low in calories and fat, fills you up and tastes great!. Can have it with some sourdough or bread of you like!. Can have it for lunch or dinner and you'll have enough left over for another meal tomorrow!. Can also be frozen for quick meals in the the future!. As for the Minestrone there are heaps of recipes on the net or just make up your own cos its really easy :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
